A new paper by Dr. Okawa et al. was published at Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Research.

This study found the lower incidence of threatened abortion, threatened premature labor, or preterm birth among women who delivered during (April-May 2020) and after (June-October 2020) the first state of emergency for COVID-19 (in April – May 2020) in Japan, than those before (October 2019-March 2020) the first state of emergency.
