The senior research fellow, Sumiyo Okawa, has been appointed as an external committee member of the WHO Guideline Review Committee.
The Guidelines Review Committee oversees the methods and standards used for guidelines development to ensure that WHO guidelines are based on the best available evidence and international best practices.
