[Publication] A review article on claims studies in Japan by the JH Iso Group was published in the JMA Journal

A scoping review article by the JH Iso Group on Japanese claims studies was published in the JMA Journal (first author: Dr. Maiko Suto, lead author: Dr. Kenji Takehara, both from the Department of Health Policy, National Center for Child Health and Development, and from the iGHP: Dr. Takehiro Sugiyama, Senior Researcher; Dr. Takashi Furuno, Specially Appointed Researcher; Dr. Mariko Hosozawa, Senior Researcher; and Dr. Hiroyasu Iso, Director). This review examined 1,493 studies using Japanese claims data. Cardiovascular diseases, endocrine and metabolic diseases, and malignant neoplasms were most frequently covered, and the research topics covered a wide range, including actual treatment and intervention effects.
